At the community centre (1301 Rue du Bois), during regular opening hours (Mon-Thur - 8 to noon and 12:45 to 4:30 p.m., Friday - 8 to noon)
PAYMENT BY CASH
1) On the day of registration, payment of the full amount of the registration
2) Insert the total amount into an envelope, seal it, mark the name of the child (or children) on it and place it in the library’s book drop.
PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
Payment in 1 or 3 equal instalments due on:
1st: Registration Day
2nd: May 22, 2021 (4th Sunday in May)
3rd: June 12, 2021 (2nd Sunday in June)
* Cheques must be in the name of VILLE DE SAINT-LAZARE
* Insert the total amount into an envelope, seal it, mark the name of the child (or children) on it and place it in the library’s book drop right after completing the online registration. If we do not receive the payment, your spot may be given to another child.
Note: It is also possible to make a single payment by cheque dated the day of registration.

Modifications
All new registrations, changes to existing registrations or additions to the schedule must be made by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday of the week prior to the week in question.

Refund policy
a) Parents who have already registered will have until June 4, 2023 at noon to modify their registration.
*except in the event of the death of a member of the registrant's immediate family, Covid 19, the loss of employment of one of the registrant's parents, a change in custody of the registrant to one of the registrant's parents, or the registrant's mandatory participation in a course required by an educational institution for the purpose of continuing school activities.
b) Administration fees (15% for a maximum of $75) are applicable.
c) No refunds will be made after the activity has begun, unless the request is made for a medical or a physical incapacity to continue the camp.
d) The request for reimbursement is for a full week where the registrant is absent from the activity. In other words, no reimbursement is made on a daily basis.
